Whittier Park Baseball Facility was built in 1992 for the area teams in St. Boniface. It is located in Whittier Park, off St. Joseph St. near Fort Gibraltar.
Currently, we are the home field diamond for all 18U, Junior, and Senior teams in the St. Boniface and St. Vital catchment area. This includes 1 Bonivital 18Ut AAA, 2 Bonivital 18U AA, and 2 Bonivital 18U A teams, along with the St. Boniface Legionaires Junior AAA team, Jr. AA team and the Sr. A team.
The facility has lights for evening games and a batting cage for practice. Whittier Park has been identified as one of the sites for the upcoming 2017 Canada Summer Games. This will mean several upgrades and changes will be happening over the next 2 years to accommodate the Summer Games requirements. This includes upgrades to the dugouts, lights, irrigation, fencing and bleachers.
